Ingredients:

• 4 tea bags of George Steuart  Tea
• 4 cups boiling water
• 4 cups cold water
• Ice cubes
• Lemon slices or mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Place the tea bags in a heatproof pitcher.
2. Pour boiling water over the tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
3. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
4. Add cold water to the pitcher.
5. Refrigerate until chilled.
6. Serve over ice cubes.
7. Garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves if desired.
