Ingredients:

• 1 tea bag of George Steuart Tea
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
• 1-2 teaspoons sugar or honey
• A pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

1. Brew the tea by steeping the tea bag in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
2. Remove the tea bag.
3. Heat the milk until warm but not boiling.
4. Froth the milk using a frother or whisk.
5. Pour the brewed tea into a mug.
6. Add sugar or honey and stir.
7. Pour the frothed milk over the tea.
8. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired.
9. Serve immediately.
